Malabar Cover is a cozy, quiet, and relaxing lakefront home on the Little Bay De Noc portion of Lake Michigan. The home has a huge backyard on the lake, which provides lots of space for kids to play. Two kayaks are included! The backyard also has a large deck with outdoor furniture and a very nice firepit for bonfires. Inside, the home is very cozy with a woodsy and nautical theme throughout the home. This is a great place for exploring the U.P. or just relaxing and enjoying the beauty!

The Eagle’s Retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and offers views of Little Bay de Noc. Features include a custom fireplace, outdoor theater with a projection screen (Netflix ready), and a Japanese-style bidet. Located directly across from Van Cleve Park, you have access to the waterfront, beach, playgrounds, fitness park, bike path, skate park, and fishing pier. Gladstone is a lakeside town with local shops, restaurants, a brewpub, and access to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula attractions.

Dogs are welcome, our policy excludes cats. We also have two other units available in this bldg. The Delta Loft and the Delta Nest ! Small one bedroom ground floor apartment. Handicap accessible bathroom. This unit has a Private fenced side yard, a full size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room. We are also located with 15 minutes of Escanaba and 1 hour from Marquette and Munising, Michigan. A wonderful destination for families, fisherman, hunters and nature seekers.
