Hi there, Frances and I are renting out our cosy modern home during our vacations. We gladly share our fully equipped home, and the feeling that comes with it, with you. Studio Tzawel : private downtown Gent

Deze erkende vakantiewoning (***) bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers van ons huis uit de jaren 1890 in een rustige straat in het centrum van Gent. Ideaal voor koppels. Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

La cabane du Martin-pêcheur

Nichée en pleine nature en bordure d'un grand étang, notre cabane de charme sur pilotis vous offre un havre de paix loin de l'agitation . Profitez de la nature qui règne autour de notre petit coin de paradis, situé à quelques pas du village d' Horrues... Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Loft boat 'The Panter'

'The Panter' is a 39m boat from the 60ies. Used for years in transport, it is now tastefully transformed into a loftboat. The front of the boat is entirely yours and has a private entrance. The four of us live in the tail end of the boat with our cat. The studio consists of a living room & kitchen with a mezzanine that has a queensize bed. The second part is a smaller room with a queensize bed, shower and toilet. Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the upper deck or relax on the patio.

Villa Gigi

Villa Gigi is de perfecte bestemming voor een ontspannen verblijf, gelegen aan de oevers van de Leie. Met uitzicht op de Latemse Meersen biedt deze charmante villa alles voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. Geniet van rust en natuur in deze villa met 2700 m² tuin en toegang tot de rivier. De villa heeft 6 slaapkamers, een ruime keuken, eetkamer, tv-ruimte en een groot terras met tuinmeubelen. Watersporten zoals suppen en kajakken zijn mogelijk. Gent ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden.

Enjoy the comfort of our Tiny House, close to the center of Bruges and just 5 minutes from Bulskampveld Nature Park, the largest forest area in West Flanders covering 90 km². Perfect for a day of relaxation in nature. Discover the extensive cycling and walking paths, with the Bulskampveld walking network offering over 225 km of fun. The Tiny House is a cozy oasis, ideal between city and nature. The hottub you see in the pictures is not functional yet but will be soon.

DeDijck Meester - in alle rust genieten van elkaar

All we want is for you to return home recharged. That is why we are happy to share this wonderful place with you. ​De Dijckmeester is a house to go to with a supply of groceries and not leave. Lounging in the grass, an afternoon nap or exploring the food forest. There are books and games available, including a table tennis table, trampoline and badminton net in the summer. And if you do want to leave, you can easily charge your electric car at the charging station.

Villa Flandre

Villa Flandre nabij GENT, met logiesdescreet-erkenningsnummer 402109 met 5 sterren comfortclassificatie is een moderne vrijstaande woning centraal. Op minder dan een uurtje ben je in Brugge, Antwerpen of Brussel. Niettegenstaande ligt Villa Flandre in een zeer landelijke omgeving van waaruit je tal van leuke wandel- en fietstochten kan maken. Andere troeven in de onmiddellijke omgeving zijn het toeristische donkmeer (3 km), het provinciaal domein Nieuwdonk.

Een zalige uitvalsbasis in een landelijke omgeving. Fiets, water, wandelen. Je komt terecht in de Westhoek, hier heeft elk pad zijn verhaal. Dit bijhuis is voorzien van vloerverwarming en een eigen overdekt terras. Een warme en gezellige plek, zowel binnen als buiten. De wilde tuin is gedeeld met de woning van het gastgezin. Don't forget that land was only created to provide a place for boats to moor... You'll find the boat on a lazy canal just outside the historic centre, quiet, lush and green.
