A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. Wollongong/WIN Stadium - 12 min drive UOW - 12 min drive, or a bus to Wollongong then free shuttle bus to uni.

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

With garden at the front and tranquil pastures opposite, it is comfortable & private. It has floor to ceiling windows revealing delightful rural and distant mountain views, yet it is only a few minutes from Kiama's gorgeous town centre, beaches and coastal delights. A walking and cycle path with panoramic views sets out from the property.
