It has a private entrance, private bedroom and bath, living room, dining room and porch to enjoy your morning coffee or drinks before dinner. The suite does not have a kitchen but a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and mini refrigerator are provided in the dining room. The house is in Germantown, a charming historic neighborhood a mile and a half from downtown Nashville. There are many award-winning restaurants within a couple of blocks of the house. Walk, Bike, Car (Uber or Lyft), Joy Ride, Music City Bus (this is a free Metro bus and has a drop off and pick-up locations 2 blocks from the house. No smoking on the premises. No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone. Uber or Lyft is a great way to get around, but you can also walk or rent a bike (B Bikes stations are everywhere) to all the Germantown restaurants, shops, breweries and bars, downtown and more.
