It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Best backyard in old town - long term possible

Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup.

The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - removed during summer and burn bans. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
