There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

If you're in town for a concert at the Geneseo Rivera we are located less than a 2 min walk. Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
