This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Er is een speeltuin, een trampoline en tennis- en jeu de boules baan. In de zomer is het buiten zwembad beschikbaar. Het chalet is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamer heeft een ruim 2-persoonsbed.
