Just a 20 minute drive from Glenwood Springs and 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek and a little over 1 hour from Aspen. The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. We have Mitchell Creek Trail out the front door, and plenty of other area hiking and biking trails within 30 min. After hiking or skiing Sunlight Ski Area (30 min), head Downtown for dinner and a soak at the Hot Springs (10 min). It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.
