Smart tv with all streaming services downloaded. Queen sized bed(160x200cm), also possible to use the sofa as a bed by removing the cushions and a extra pillow and duvet are on site. Cozy and safe neighbourhood with a bakery and restaurant in walking distance and a grocery store only 4 minutes away by car.

Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
