Clean-ability was highly prioritized with this home, with virtually every surface, from the couch covers to the duvet inserts being washable, or bleach-able. This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. For example, The Adobe Lounge offers coffee and kava and is only a 2 minute walk. Downtown Bradenton is mile away (a 3 minute drive, 20 min walk) with its own collection of breakfast cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars, a brilliant farmers market, and a beautiful riverwalk.
