Welcome to this cozy 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchenette/living area. This property is located in the historic east end district where you will find yourself surrounded with majestic homes built in the late 1800's through early 1900's. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet you are a just a few blocks away from the historic Strand dining, shopping, and entertainment district. Cruise ports and the seawall are located within one mile of this location. 20 minutes to Moody Gardens.

Birdhouse on the Beach

Birdhouse on the Beach is steps away from the beach and has an amazing view, in fact you basically drive on the beach to get to the house. The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. This is a studio apartment with private entrance in beautiful, eclectic Bacliff. You're right on Galveston bay with an opportunity to wake up to Texas' most beautiful sunrises or just let the gulf air give you a moment of escape! The apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom (shower only). You'll have wifi and access to a washer and dryer. Bacliff is close to Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, and (depending on traffic!) a 35 minute drive to downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
