Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Il mio alloggio è vicino ad attività per la famiglia e alla spiaggia. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la gente, l'atmosfera, il quartiere, la luce e gli spazi esterni. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). Siamo sempre a disposizione per valorizzare ancora di più le bellezze di Vrsar-Orsera e i dintorni. Per la vostra tranquillità avete a disposizione anche la cassetta di sicurezza.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
