There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Ride in and ride out of a new modern home located a few hundred yards away from the Kokopelli Trail Head parking lot in Loma, CO. This house sits on 6 acres and has amazing views from every window and the large, elevated deck. The house boasts modern design, open concept, tall ceilings, a third story lookout loft, a pool table, and putting green with corn hole. There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!

Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
