Cottage By The Sea is less than a mile to a 4x4 beach access or just 1.5 miles to a parking access with showers and restrooms, where you can walk out on the beach. Just 10 minutes to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Each guest gets to enjoy 1 free regular Sno-Ball from Hatteras Sno-Balls.

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound.
