Even though the location is downtown, it is quiet and private. Maxine's Market and Blue River Liquors are all just a short walk. Very close to lots of outdoor activites

All 3 bathrooms have tiled floors and classic tile showers. The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower . The kitchen is fully functional. The dining room table seats 10 and the great room has 2 couches and 2 chairs and a glider rocker. 1 couch is hidabed 2 sleeping bags in closet

You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.
