Electric fireplace adds ambiance. Tiny kitchen w/appliances, Keurig &dishes. STEPS away from Cooper Creek Town Square restaurants & Hideaway Park’s concerts. The City of Winter Park has trains going through the town, which adds to the charm. We love pets/dogs! 2 or more dogs require extra $10 per dog one-time cleaning fee.

Just a few minute walk to restaurants, pubs, shops, hiking trails, and all that Winter Park has to offer! Soak in one of the hot tubs at the nearby clubhouse after a full ski day or cool off in the indoor pool after adventuring out on a hike or bike ride. Enjoy the convenience of the free ski shuttle behind the building for a 15-minute ride to Winter Park Ski Resort.

You're steps from terrific shops, bars, and restaurants. Right outside the condo is the free bus stop to world-class skiing at Winter Park. It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.
