Welcome. Need a place for a night or two or week or more? This may be right for you. Your space is about 2/3 of the house. Separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen. See photo #17. I welcome people from the LGBQT community as well as people from other cultures. The house is located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood. If you're in town for a wedding, workshop, training, or business, this may be the perfect place.

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
