The Cozy Coho is located just 3 miles from Rialto Beach, this secret hideaway is the perfect place to refresh and relax. The interior walls are made of Cedar...and smell wonderful! This unique studio suite tiny home has a queen bed and twin loft bed for sleeping. The kitchen includes a gas stove top, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, and more! The cute bathroom offers a stall shower and toilet. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit surrounded by trees and the distant sound of crashing waves.

Shadynook Cottages #1

Shadynook Cottages is located 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Forks which makes it close to city amenities such as restaurants and shopping and a short driving distance from hiking, sight seeing, beach combing, or exploring. Cabin 1 includes it's own separate driveway and a deck with table and chairs to enjoy. Cottage 1 was remodeled at the end of summer 2020. It has a brand new, fully stocked kitchen, all new floors/carpet, on-demand hot water heater, and it’s own WiFi service.

Roosevelt elk frequent the area and it's not uncommon to see them around the house

The Rustic Retreat

Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.

"Cliff-Edge" Dog-friendly, Forest Cabin

Be warm by a fire, only 3 miles from Ruby Beach (south of Forks, Wa). When in need of a dry basecamp after a day of adventuring. Perched overlooking Cedar Creek and mossy forest far below. Off-grid (no electric/running water). Equipped with a wood stove, gas cookstove, pots/pans/plates and private creek access. Access 8 ONP trails + 6 beaches w/in 1 hr drive. For a natural feel, cobble floor + clear roof allow maximum connection with earth and sky.
