It's now a blend of farmhouse and contemporary. This cottage is also a blend of country and town, with plenty of space to spread out, relax, walk our 3 acres, view mountains, and watch the deer. We offer a quiet, spacious, water proofed, open space basement studio with a kitchenette. It is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, universities, and a downtown entertainment area. We are located 2 minutes from Lynchburg College, 11 minutes from Liberty University, and 13 minutes from Randolf College by car. You’ll love our place because it offers comfort and peacefulness. Our place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who come for a short period of time.

You’ll love staying in this bright open airy loft with mid-century modern decor in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va. This loft is huge, but is currently only set up for two guests. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area As this loft is above a few other lofts, we ask that guests do not have extra people over, as it bothers the tenants and guests underneath this loft, and that they remove shoes in the loft. Accessible only by one set of stairs.

Welcome to the Mini Manor where you are sweetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from restaurants and shops. Liberty University is about a 10 minute drive, and The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 30. You may even spot deer or neighborhood chickens in the yard. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the necessities. No pets, service animals, or assistant animals are permitted (this exemption is approved by AirBNB).

The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
