New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Grist Mill - listed Cotswold mill at Owlpen (1728)

The Grist Mill is an early 18th-century watermill which sleeps up to 8 in four double bedrooms. This listed Grade 2 landmark building has been restored as a gem of a holiday home, with contemporary comfort and style, surmounted by lantern and cupola. Enjoy open plan living in traditional style on the ground floor, and as you head up through the house you'll find cosy bedrooms and old machinery still in place, a relic of times past. Each pod has luxurious décor selected with extra comfort in mind. Near Thornbury, Bristol where you will find lots shops and restaurants.
