This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. The unit is a totally private area with no access to shared space, inside or outside. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.

You’ll love our place because we are one block from the Beach, and 3 blocks from Down Town Folly Beach. The backyard is private. Includes cute kitchenette, and comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 2 heartbeats only; including all adults, children and infants. We must follow city rules.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license.
