Private bedroom suite (11x17) for 2, detached from the main house, located 5 miles north of the beach, 2 miles north of the sportsplex, and 5 miles south of Foley's OWA and Tanger Outlet. The suite has 1 queen size bed, full bath, closet, smart TV for streaming, Wifi, a coffee pot/Keurig, microwave, and small fridge/freezer. Guests have a private entrance to the suite, driveway parking, and access to the fenced in back yard.

This is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in center of Gulf Shores about 1.5 miles from public beach, 5 minutes walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and different fun activities. This unit it’s on 2nd floor no elevator and does not have handicap access (sorry for inconvenience)

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
