We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. There is a 4.7 cu. ft. refrigerator, a microwave, two hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a gas grill with a side burner. There is a spacious backyard that is more like a forest than a yard.
