Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

Fritidshus med sjötomt i lugn naturidyll

Ett sommarhus utöver det vanliga! Fridfullt isolerat i naturskyddsområde med mer än 100 meter till närmsta granne. 10 meter från sjö med egen brygga och bastu. Bada, fiska, grilla eller ta en kvällstur med båten. Promenera i skogen bland lammhagarna eller ta dig ned till närliggande Nääs fabriker för shopping eller en god middag. Passa på att göra en dagsutflykt till Liseberg eller något annat området har att erbjuda. Perfekt för avkoppling och fly vardagens stress och krav! Välkomna!

Välkommen hem till oss! Koppla av med hela familjen i detta mysiga boende. Vid vägens slut precis granne med skogen, rådjuren och vandringsleder hittar du detta röda lilla hus. Avskillt men nära till både centrum, kollektivtrafiken, ett flertal sjöar och lugnet. Villa i tre plan med fyra sovrum med totalt 6 sängplatser. (spjälsäng finns om så önskas) Ett väldigt barnvänligt hem med gott om leksaker och aktiviteter för alla åldrar. Sängkläder ingår ej men går att hyra för 100kr/person.

Archipelago dream on Klädesholmen. Morning sun on the terrace and evening sun with sea views on the balcony. Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Nybyggt hus med sjötomt. Härligt läge för familjen som vill bo på en naturskön plats i direkt anslutning till vattnet. Detta huset lämpar sig bäst för max 6 vuxna och 1 barn. Vi hyr endast ut till familjer. Minimiålder för att få hyra är 30 år. Högsäsong, vecka 27-35, hyr vi endast ut hela veckor, lördag till lördag.
