Penyffordd has 2 pubs, a bistro cafe, specialist butchers and convenience stores, in short walking distance. Steps away from lovely countryside walks. Further afield Chester, Mold, Moel Famau and Cwlydian range are a short drive. Snowdonia, Bala and Anglesey approx 1 hour away. Penyffordd has a train station with links to Liverpool and Manchester.

This cosy 'Red Shed' is tucked away in a tranquil 22 acre woodland in the Clwydian Hills, hosted by Rob & Claire. ​ Our quirky one-up, one-down self catering cabin is designed to accommodate 2 adults, but could sleep up to 4 if you don't mind being cosy... just ask! It is well equipped & most furnishings, including a beautiful greenwood bed are handmade. We welcome people attending craft courses in Wernog Wood, as well as walkers & other visitors to the area. All guests must be aged over 18yrs.

We are a little farm on the Brynford mountain our gates open up to 100’s of acres of land to walk,bike,horse ride & explore We enjoy the peacefulness here but with it being a farm there’s always something going on we have lots of pets for everyone to meet If you enjoy mountain biking-walking this is the place for you.
