Lounge with a woodburner, TV and pool table, well equipped kitchen with dining area, and lounge-dining area opening out onto patio and garden. 2 bedrooms downstairs, family room and small double room and bathroom with shower over large bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, king size and double, and shower room.

A stable door opens into the kitchen/dining area which has slate floors and a large kitchen island. The sitting room is cosy and inviting with a swinging chair and a log burner. Upstairs there is a glass fronted gallery landing with two double bedrooms each with en suite. The front garden has lovely views of the farm with a seating area and parking.

The stable is eco-friendly and comfortable with underfloor heating, modern media facilities and a bathroom that has received much praise from our guests.
