Loft style, their is no door on the bedroom. We do not block days at all in if it shows not available it isn't. We do not allow pets as host is allergic.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Main St Lex, Queen BR & Kitchenette

This cozy ( small bedroom) two-room suite is located near everything in Lexington. While not huge, it has many lovely amenities, including Netflx and Discovery+, a private bathroom with shower and supplies, a super comfortable queen bed, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the lawns of W & L and VMI! You will have one private parking spot. You can readily walk to the W&L or VMI campus (across the street!). Also, we have two luxury rooms and a cottage in our main house

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, take time to relax on the front porch of this peaceful and historic Grandin neighborhood hideaway.
