Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.
