This recently renovated craftsman gem is a few short minutes from the airbase and 10 minutes from North Little Rock. Blazing fast, unlimited wifi powers the smart television and any other devices you may bring. Two king size beds and one full bed are so comfortable, we can not be held responsible if you have a hard time getting up in the morning. But once you do, enjoy a French press coffee or a quick Keurig on the back patio. In the evening, enjoy a smore or hot dog around the stone fire ring!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing.
