Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Sit on the back patio or soak in the hot tub with gorgeous lake views. Bring your boat, kayak, and moor at private dock. Boat ramp located next to cabin! A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Tucker Farm Cottage on Century Farm

Enjoy time on the farm overlooking cattle pastures and sunsets, listening to the quiet breeze and birds chirp from the front porch. Situated on a historic, century family farm just minutes from Clemson, Seneca and Anderson, it is the perfect location for Clemson games just 15 minutes away! Snuggled in with great views of cattle pastures and fields of crops, you will not want to leave.
