3 exclusive locations: DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, DOP Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese & Lambrusco Wine, plus an authentic Modena highlight, I mean the private museum owned by the family that runs the wine business, which keeps inside many F1 cars and sport cars! I use to travel very often abroad - mostly in the States - and more I travel, more I understand how important is for the people who come from all the World discover the real authentic products and being educated on them! The market is honestly too full of the fake ones! I’m a producer of the authentic DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar - not the easily one that you find at the supermarket - and I’ll tell you its history and why locals love it so much! It’s not born to be a business like many of the others, it represents a great part of our local culture. We will also visit the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, that’s a local family business where no one speaks English and last but not least, the Winery that wonderfully represents the essence of the Made in Modena. Because Modena is really the realm of fast cars&slow food. Com’on, live the experience with locals and learn authentic informations on our typical products!...I was forgetting: in all of the 3 places you’ll enjoy different tastings of each representative product! (For ex: Vinegar aged min 12&25 years and Cheese of 24&40months)

Hello, my name is Sofia and at the end of the first year of Civil Engineering I decided to turn my daddy's hobby into a business. Since 2015 I welcome visitors at the Acetaia and I explain them the history and all the production processes involved in the production of the authentic DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. From the beginning I tried to work as much as possible together with many local companies because I honestley think that to be successful you have to be part of a team and the stronger it is, the more it will accomplish! I'd love to give to all my visitors authentic experiences, anything touristic or fake. For this reason, I'd be glad to introduce you also to a BIO Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese factory and a Winery (Lambrusco wine) with two exclusive museums inside.
