Qué harás

Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?

In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

A “cheat sheet” of the routine as well as links to more info is provided after the experience.

This Experience is great for team-building. You can book a private experience for your group. If your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups, send me a message. It can also be shortened to 45 minutes webinar-style experience if time is a factor.

I have the most incredible (and strange) job: I throw the javelin for a living. I’ve represented Canada at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and competed as a professional athlete for nine years. Definitely once in a lifetime opportunity. Morning is such an important part to start off right and she really helped go through each steps in solidarity, and the cold shower experience was a plus!

We didn't know exactly what to expect from this experience but we left totally inspired and excited for the next day after listening to Liz. Her experience may be titled 'win the morning' but it seems to me that her heart for this experience is for everyone to win their whole day and to go on from their to believe you can achieve your dreams. I honestly think listening to Liz' story and encouragement is valuable for people in all situations.

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible experience attending the "Win the morning" presentation with Liz. It was our anniversary and we decided to gift ourselves this experience as an investment towards self-care and personality development. And boy, was that the best decision! The best part about the presentation is that each routine is only 2-5 mins max, very practical to do and Liz backs all her steps with hard scientific facts. It is a great way to kick-start your day and you feel really pumped at the end. I was in awe of actually chatting with an Olympic champion and it was wonderful to hear her narrate her amazing journey and stories. We were lucky that there was only one other person with us and we got to interact with her a lot. I would highly recommed this to anyone who wants to inculcate a healthy morning routine to jumpstart your day.

Liz was absolutely fantastic in her virtual meetup, and I would whole heartedly recommend her experience to anyone, athlete or not. She really prepared her materials, complete with written guides and a cool video to drive home what she stands for in spirit as a truly elite athlete. I felt we connected from the very beginning, and I took away some really good information to tweak my own life routines to support both my athletic and personal endeavors.
