We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people, or a longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3.
