Our Sweet Chalet Suite is just a short 15 min scenic walk to Downtown Evergreen and less than 150 yards to one of the town's favorite breweries. You will be close to Bear Creek where you can cast a line at local trout or sit back on the patio and enjoy the elk our town is so well known for. This special guest suite was built specifically for short term guests and has fantastic natural light with decorative Italian tile and local artisan's works. Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This is a space of 360 sq. ft., which includes a small kitchenette, with microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot tea kettle, and mini fridge. There is one full bathroom; please note that the bedroom and common area, which holds one sofa big enough for two people, is a shared space. This is a tiny house. Quaint and comfortable, and small. Enjoy fresh clean linens, and on cool days, bump the little red gas stove up and enjoy a cozy fire.
