“The Loft at Lederach” Upscale Historic Charm

The house was built in 1842 and the upstairs apartment was completely renovated in February 2019. Guests will have access to the entire second floor with a locked private entrance. New appliances and plenty of kitchen tools for the home chef. There is a completely renovated bathroom with its spa like walk-in rain shower. Guests may enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. Convenient washer and dryer are available free of charge. This space is perfect for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreat.

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. First floor big room with private entrance, private bathroom, and kitchenette but no stove.This house is situated about 5 minutes from Pottstown Hospital, 7 minutes for Limerick plant, 35 minutes from Reading Hospital, 30 minutes from KOP, and 50 minutes from Lincoln Financial in Philly. Street parking is always available just follow the first car to manage the space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet if you don't have any issues with cars' noises. Welcome!
