The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. We have a free carpark space available for you, as well as there’s free roadside car parking. Note: this room does not have cooking facilities. It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.

We live on a 2 1/2 acre lifestyle block just outside of Hamilton and easy access to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua are an enjoyable day trip from our place. Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Spend a night in a real 'Hole in the Ground' in the middle of the Waikato. Situated between my grapes and the Feijoa orchard.
