There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode. Sunny Heights Cottage Location: Eureka, Humboldt County, California Our cottage is a spacious one bedroom home located on a hilltop overlooking our local neighborhood and the Ryan Slough greenbelt off Humboldt Bay. The cottage is conveniently located. It is less than one mile from our local hospital, Highway 101, and the new Humboldt Bay Waterfront Trail. It also less than two miles from downtown Eureka and only seven miles from Humboldt State University, north in the city of Arcata.
