Campo Battaglia Studio monolocale in centro

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

L'appartamento è un monolocale situato ai piedi della bellissima scalinata dell'Acquedotto medioevale che portava l'acqua dal Monte Pacciano alla fontana di Piazza IV Novembre. L'abitazione è incastonata sotto una delle volte dell'acquedotto ed è totalmente indipendente con ingresso autonomo. Vi è l'uso di un angolo cottura con singola piastra ad induzione e viene fornita la biancheria (asciugamani e lenzuola). Vi è un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo per un totale di 3 posti letto.

È situato in un antico palazzo del 1400 a pochi passi da Corso Vannucci e dall'Università per stranieri, a ridosso dell'Arco dei Gigli. L'edificio si affaccia su via Bontempi, a pochi metri da Piazza San Severo, dove si trova il famoso affresco del Raffaello "Trinità e Santi". Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
