Upper unit of two story bungalow with its own entrance, parking, and sunny deck, it's a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Walk to coffee, Church Street, restaurants, waterfront. Come home to a queen bed, stocked kitchen, and cozy living space for reading, working, or unwinding. Whether you're here for a getaway, UVM event, medical visit, or extended stay, we hope the Roost feels like home.

Kick back and relax in this stylish space located less than 3 miles to downtown and under a mile walk to lake vistas & beaches. Access to the bike path is at the end of the street. Perfect for cyclists, runners, bikers, dog walkers & beach goers. Completely remodeled house with new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, laundry & high speed internet. Two bedroom suites each with their own bathroom; the King suite upstairs has additional TV & sitting area. Plus there is a bonus room with futon.

This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

*New art! It hasn’t been photographed but it’s on the walls! Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! A sauna, cold plunge, bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Brand-new house steps away from downtown and lake!

Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a small partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

La Petite Suite

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

The Lake Champlain waterfront and Battery Park are a short 10-15 minute walk away, while the top of Church Street is a 15-20 minute walk. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.

Welcome to our Cozy Second-Floor Retreat in downtown Burlington, VT! Located in the historic Old North End, this private apartment is upstairs in our 200 year old house! The space is quirky but also offers comfort and convenience. It’s a short walk to great food, drink, and entertainment, and just minutes from the Church Street Marketplace. The space is warm and inviting, thoughtfully designed with books, games and smart TV to accommodate guests and pets for a comfortable stay.
