With an enclosed garden & lovely views out across the fields it’s the perfect place to relax & unwind whilst the log burner keeps you toasty warm. You will also have sole use of the Pergola. We have a beautiful antique fire pit for you to use. We supply enough wood for a couple of hours. Extra can be bought.

Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Our well carried out garage conversion, come guest house, has ample space for either a single occupant, a couple, or family of 3 with a comfortable double bed, and additional double pull out sofa. We are based in a quiet residential area of Billericay that is only 15 mins walk to Billericay train station & High Street and less than 10 mins to Lake Meadows Park. Commute links takes you to Southend, London, Romford, Brentwood and Chelmsford. We also have parking space for guests.

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.
