Situé, à côté d’un SPA, derrière le Carrefour Montagne, à 5mn à pieds des pistes de ski, ce nid de 30m2, au calme, plein sud, dispose d’une entrée/ski room, d’une petite chambre avec lit de 140 x190 cm, table de nuit, penderie, d'une cuisine avec machines à laver la vaisselle, lave-linge séchant, combi four-micro onde, machine Nespresso, un salon avec canapé, wifi, une smart télé avec Netflix et Orange, un balcon sud ouest.

Bienvenue dans notre petit abri douillet, idéal pour poser vos valises, vos skis, vos chaussures de randonnées ou juste votre fatigue citadine. Ici, pas de klaxons ni de métro – juste des forêts, des sommets et des marmottes (si vous avez de la chance). Que vous veniez pour dévaler les pistes, vous perdre en montagne, faire une cure de fromage ou simplement ne rien faire et l’assumer, Saint Jean d’Aulps est le lieu idéal. Bref, faites comme chez vous (en mieux). Et surtout… profitez !

Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

If you are driving here there is a private driveway at the apartment for 3 cars.

Apartment Romand of Chalet Romand, provides everything you need for a wonderful alpine holiday. Views of Morzine/Avoriaz mountains can be enjoyed through four sets floor to ceiling French doors, opening onto a sunny wraparound balcony and overlooking the spacious garden.

Cosy studio in a typical savoyard village

Our apartment is 5km from Morzine and 7km from Les Gets , the nearest ski resorts. You will enjoy this cosy apartment because of the views on the mountains. It is a perfect place for couples. You can park near the apartment. The Balad'Aulps bus, which usually passes through the village and takes passengers to Morzine or Les Gets, will not be operating this winter (2024-2025). Morzine is only 5 km from the studio.
