I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

La propiedad está ubicada en los campos del sur de la isla, cerca de la playa. Se encuentra a unos 20 minutos a pie del Malecón de La Esperanza. Es un lugar donde los gallos y las gallinas cantan por la mañana, en un entorno lleno de vida y sonidos naturales. Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard. We have a children's play area for families traveling with small children. Lovely views from our balcony will remind that your Caribbean getaway has begun.
