Man kann die Autos und den Zug schon hören. Sonst eher ruhig. Es sind 10 Km bis zur Gondelbahn Marbachegg oder 24 Km bis ins Ski und Wandergebiet Sörenberg. Die Kambly ist 11 Km entfernt. Der Rollerpark in Schüpfheim ist 8 Km entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es ein Café dass 6 Tage offen hat zum frühstücken.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren und für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Velofahren, Biken usw. An warmen Tagen dürfen sich unsere Gäste gerne in unserem Garten mit Grillstelle aufhalten.
