Off grid cosy cabin forest retreat Snowdonia views

Hidden deep within the Dyfi Forest on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is our unique, off grid cabin. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

5* Shepherds Hut in Betws-y-coed - mountain views

Glyn Shepherds Hut is the perfect base for exploring everything that Snowdonia and the North Wales coast have to offer. Located between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed in North Wales, it has probably the best views in the area of stunning Model Siabod. It also combines the romance and cosiness of a traditional hut, with the modern conveniences of an attached shower room and entrance porch that gives you plenty of space to store muddy boots or clothing and kit, leaving the hut free of clutter.

We offer the chance to EXCLUSIVELY glamp in our beautiful 2 acre meadow described as 'one of the most bio diverse meadows' in Montgomeryshire. Stroll down to the stream, hike the Devils Rib & gaze at Snowdonia National Park. 1hr daily shower access, kitchen, stove, BBQ, firepit & seating that overlooks the Berwyns. Whether it's hiking along picturesque trails, cycling through the ancient woodlands, or simply unwinding on your cabin's porch enjoying the spectacular views, you're sure to find something that speaks to your soul.

Barlwyd Off-Grid Glamping

Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys. The huts are for two people and furnished with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom. The interiors are cosy and bright, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll have access to the Wilderness Sauna, (don't forget to book a session!). Each hut comes with its own off-road electric golf buggy.

Nant

Get away from it all in a spectacular location, all to yourselves, on our wild upland farm. This is camping made easy in a comfortable shepherds hut with breathtaking views, amazing sunsets and plenty of birdsong. Basic facilities include a fire pit, cold water shower, pot washing sink and composting toilet. No wi-fi, just peace to enjoy the natural world. You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.

Viking Longhouse / Underground Hobbit Tiny house

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

Cosy studio sleeping up to 4 - Central Snowdonia

A cosy mountain Studio in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, sleeping up to four guests. Surrounded by woodland, river and mountains, it’s a great base for couples, friends or a small family who love the outdoors. Enjoy walks and trails from the door, then return for a quiet evening beneath the stars in the official Eryri International Dark Sky Reserve. Remote in feel, yet Roman Bridge station is just a 7 minute walk away, with Yr Wyddfa around 40 minutes by car.

Off Grid unique Panoramic Dome, sleeping 2 adults.Double bed, log burner & amazing views. As you enter your quirky dome, you’ll be tempted to dive into the double bed and devour those views! You’ll also find comfy seating – the ideal spot for a cup of tea .Simply yet effectively furnished, the space reinforces the sense that this is a sanctuary. Charming Riverside Cottage Snowdonia National Park

Truly idyllic is the first thing that comes to mind when opening the heavy timber gates to this outstanding property! Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.
