Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat & Stonehenge

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury Cosy Cottage with Garden

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

The Hay Trailer, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

The Hay Trailer is a hand crafted wooden cabin built on a reclaimed hay trailer. It is a cosy, light and homely space situated in the sought after destination of St Catherine's, an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and private. Guests have exclusive use of a private hot tub at an extra cost. See the details below. There is a pet fee of £20 for each pet. There is possible pool access for extra cost in summer months. The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
