This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. Our converted barn is in a peaceful location and beautiful setting. In close proximity to a stunning local nature reserve and a short drive from historic Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham. The station in the local village of Thurston offers regular services to Cambridge and Norwich. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.

The annex is fully self contained with a large bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bath and shower and a large comfortable living/dining room. Outside there is a south facing patio area with table and chairs, this is shared with the owners. Off-road parking is available. Situated on the outskirts of Thetford, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.
