It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. This accessible 600 square foot suite is attached to our home with its own separate private entrance, self check-in via keypad, a small covered patio area and plenty of available parking.
