There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Liebe Gäste Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft auf eurer Reiseetappe oder einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Motorradtouren oder Radtouren in erholsamer Atmosphäre sucht, dann freue ich mich euch begrüßen zu dürfen. Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, z.B. in Dill der Elfenpfad 5 km oder die Altlayer Schweiz 5 km entfernt

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

Unser 2022 renoviertes 50m² großes Apartment befindet sich im Ortsteil Eller direkt am Moselsteig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Calmont Klettersteig. Die Mosel ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in ca. 400m Entfernung.

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
