Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Important: Elevator Out of Service (up to Aug 2027)! To reflect this inconvenience, rates have been drastically reduced! The condo is on the 4th floor, requiring guests to climb three flights of stairs. If you’re comfortable with the stairs, enjoy a 3BR/3BA condo at an exceptionally reduced rate, with spectacular ocean views and a prime beachfront location. Please consider the three flights of stairs carefully before booking, especially if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.
