Rest and relax by the banks of the Pecos River in this tastefully remodeled, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, three bed townhouse, with two car garage. We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

This cozy casita is located right next to the Pecos River. You will enjoy a relaxing living room and a fully stocked kitchen. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-March 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
